Electronic warfare, aka psywar, psychotronic warfare,
mind control, synthetic telepathy, remote neural monitoring (RNM), non-lethal weapons, directed
energy weapons (DEW), Silent
Sound Spread Spectrum or SSSS or s-quad, and various other names, is an
amazing story of U.S. government top secret cold war unconventional sound
manipulation and anti-brain
beam weapons research and development gone completely awry and out of control.
The same technological revolution that brought TVs and stereos, computers, the Internet, and
satellite TV also brought amazingly still officially "top secret"
sound beam and anti-brain beam weapons routinely aimed and used against a small number of targeted
individuals (or TIs) in America and the world, and routinely aimed against the
loudspeakers of some large social change rallies.
There is a wealth of information about anti-brain
electronic warfare in America, most of it from survivors' websites. Hundreds
of psywar victims have at least briefly posted their stories on the Internet in
this old archived list of psywar and mind control victims,
but the top secret details about exactly who is zapping victims with precisely
what zapping technology are either missing or speculation. (Ed's psywar
harassers routinely describe themselves as FBI SID or COINTELPRO, but apparently
most psywar harassers want complete anonymity.) Here's a quick summary:

In 2004 author Jon Ronson revealed
a military report titled Nonlethal
weapons: Terms and References, written by military experts, including Dr.
John B. Alexander. However, note that the executive summary states "The
category of nonlethal weapons that offers the capability for information warfare
has not been included in this paper because of its association with that
distinct form of conflict." In other words, psychological warfare or
psywar weapons, including mind control weapons, are specifically excluded
from this detailed report.

Washingtonpost.com 10/05 article on discussions about the
military use of electronic warfare, including U.S. military use of
electronic warfare in Iraq. William M. Arkin's Early Warnings article,
"Microwaves, Lasers, Retired Generals for Sale" states:

Army (AUSA) [2005]Annual Meeting & Exposition at the Washington Convention

fighting in Iraq. Supporters are hoping that these new exotic
technologies will help in the battle against improvised explosive
devices and in countering snipers and hidden insurgents.
Directed energy is also the star of this week's
Air
Force Futures Game 05, being held at Booz Allen
Hamilton in Herndon. The game, which posits a major war in the 2025
time frame, has high powered microwave and laser weapons zapping the

selling in 2008 the Emotiv
EPOC neuroheadset, a commercial
unclassified off-the-shelf-technology mind reading device that is envisioned for
voluntary use as a video game controller. As
of 3/20/13 it sells for $299 and the Emotive EEG neuroheadsetsells for $750. This commercially available
mind reading device has been reviewed in Aug.-Setp. 2008 by CNN.com,

The CNN.com
review also worries about possible future mind
control applications of mind reading technology. Brain waves are very
personal and should be 100% private data. Cheap commercial mind reading
technology could be misused to let others (for example, Internet hackers,
parents, investigators, prison guards, teachers, and/or even bosses) have access
to your personal brainwave data, and opens up a Pandora's box of Orwellian mind

Believe it or not, it is now top secret scientific fact that advanced electronic psywar or mind control technology includes the ability to extremely precisely zap electronic impulses into the targeted individual's brain and central nervous system, mimicking many CNS (central nervous system) or PNS (peripheral nervous system) nerve cell to brain messages, presumably some CNS brain to nerve cell messages, and the brain's internal hearing and thinking processes. This includes the ability to zap thoughts into a person's brain and to remotely electronically order the central nervous system to feel a wide range of sensations (including happiness, stress, fear, and/or depression) and/or electronically issue brain-to-human muscle commands that were previously the exclusive domain of the targeted individual's brain.
Basically, top secret scientific research cracked the electronic code of the human CNS and PNS (central nervous system and peripheral nervous system) and allows brain zappers equipped with state-of-the-art brain zapping technology to remotely zap the target's brain and CNS and PNS (central nervous system and peripheral nervous system) in a way similar to an elaborate electronic remote control device zapping and remotely controlling different electronic remotely controlled machines. It results in dual control (remote control plus control by the targeted individual's or TI's brain) of the TI's CNS and PNS.
16. Believe it or not, it is now top secret scientific
fact that a targeted individual's brain waves can be remotely monitored and the
targeted individual's previously private thoughts can be swiped by U.S. federal
government workers using advanced psywar or mind reading technology. (Also, this
top-secret technology has existed for at least 15-25 years, definitely
since 1992 and probably since 1982 or even before 1982.)
17. Using this technology, remotely conducted brain
zapping and subliminal message instructions now make electronic "mind

and he earns more than $100k/year to electronically whisper abusive/evil/BS subliminal mind control crap into
targeted individual's Ed Harding's ear/brain.)
18. Remote
neural monitoring, or RNM, is the technology
technology one psywar/mind control victim, John St. Clair Akwei, claims that NSA has used against him. FBI
SID workers Jay, B2, and Ditsy have claimed more than once that their technology is
similar in that they can usually only zap and affect one major sense (for
example, touch, taste, or sight) at once.
19. In addition to Ed Harding, ex-FBI
agent and whistleblowerGeral W. Sosbee,
activist Charles Ansellem and targeted individual James F. Marino also claim to be victims of FBI psywar. Ex-FBI
agent and whistleblower Geral W. Sosbee, activist Charles
Ansellem, and targeted individual James F. Marino all have a lot of complaints about FBI psywar
persecution. Most psywar victims have no idea who persecuted them.
20. NSA psywar victim John St. Clair
Akwei managed to file a lawsuit against NSA after being a NSA electronic
warfare victim beginning in 10/90. (The family of deceased
psywar victim Frank Olsen, who died after being dosed with LSD by MKULTRA, was
eventually provided $750,000 in compensation by Congress decades later.)
21. Some self-described victims of what they perceived as alien UFO
encounters, at "Stop Alien Abductions" or stopabductions.com,
for example, may well have been victims of U.S. or other governments' top secret
psywar programs. The
webmaster of stopabductions.com describes a "telepathy war" that sounds remarkably
like covert U.S. government psywar, and he even describes very primitive
velostat carbon-based EMF
shielding to protect the brain of a victim and target of a "telepathy war" or
the victim and target of top
secret anti-brain beam weapons used in a covert psywar.
22. According to Wikipedia, 3
US states, Massachusetts, Maine, and Michigan, have anti-electronic harassment
laws. Other laws on the books could be used against electronic warfare
psywar zappers/criminals but almost always are not used at this point in time.
Also, according to MindJustice.org, there is a "2001 Russian law
banning electromagnetic weapons". (But that doesn't guarantee
100% compliance with that law in Russia.)
23. The
Space Preservation Act, initially proposed by Congressman Kucinich in
2001,
attempted to ban all non-lethal mind control and other exotic weapons in space,
specifically attempting to ban "psychotronic", "mind
control" and other "exotic" weapons from space. The 2002, 2003, and 2005 versions of The
Space Preservation Act, proposed Congressional legislation but not yet
federal law, do not specifically include "mind control"

claims that U.S. satellites play an important role in psywar and claims that
U.S. satellites beam sound harassment at targeted individuals and
locations. Ed has been targeted with overt sound beam harassment 24/7/365
for more than 2 years and he believes it is very probable that at least some of
this sound beam harassment is U.S. satellite-based.
25. Lone
star consulting claims to an expert in electronic harassment and mind control
technology. As of 3/7/12, they have discontinued
their extremely detailed free defending against mind control tutorial.
Also, as of 3/7/12, Advanced Electronic
Security Company, a Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) services
company, also acknowledges some parts of Electronic

are also known as directed
energy weapons (DEW) and non-lethal

about hi-tech covert psychological warfare: 1. LRAD and sound beam
technology and overt and covert deployment.

2. Anti-brain
and anti-eyesight dazzler beam
weapons, including the Dazer Laser, LED incapacitator,

etc. Very hi-tech anti-brain beam weapons also exist, but they are secret

weapons. These include weapons for monitoring, jamming, remotely
controlling, and/ or destroying electronic circuits, particularly computers and
electromagnetic loudspeakers. (Probably also includes the use of

weapons, including mind reading and

Some of these beam weapons are commercially available
and very well documented. Other beam weapons are still top secret or
classified and used by secret government black ops programs like the FBI SID and
presumably also used by secret government agencies like the CIA or Central
Intelligence Agency.
Please note that secrecy is nothing new to the U.S.
federal government where even the existence of NSA,
the National Security Agency, created in 1952, was
officially denied for many years. The U.S. federal government spends an
estimated $32-$50 billion or more
per year in a
totally secret black budget.
I guess that some of that $32-$50 billion or more
per year
got spent on MKULTRA-style mind control research and some of it got spent on
anti-brain beam weapons.

LRADs,
using Long Range Acoustic Device™ (LRAD®) sound beam
technology, have been routinely overtly used along with optical distractors by
US military troops staffing military checkpoints in Iraq to project warning
messages at a long distance to vehicles approaching potentially lethal US
military checkpoints. LRADs
are also overtly used by ships to warn other ships to stay away.
In Sept. 2009, at least one police LRAD
sound truck was very
prominently overtly deployed against thousands
of peaceful protestors by a sometimes
misbehaving temporary force of up
to 4,000 policeman paid for and assembled by Pittsburgh, PA, Mayor Luke
Ravenstahl after he took the unconstitutional step of temporarily banning all
street protest in Pittsburgh, PA by preemptively declaring
a sham official state of "emergency" during the Sept.
24-25, 2009 G20 summit. The police LRAD truck repeatedly played a
recorded message warning protesters that street protests were banned and
that protesters were at risk of being arrested and/or injured by the police. The
police LRAD truck also sometimes played a loud human repellant noise aimed at
the protesters. Previously, one police LRAD sound truck was deployed by
the NYPD outside of the Republican 2004 National Convention in New York City
during legal peaceful street protests.
LRADs
and/or very similar covert sound beam technology are also routinely illegally covertly
deployed against major left-wing political rallies in Washington, DC by COINTELPRO-style
FBI SID psywar black ops using agent provocateurs and political dirty tricks to
disrupt left-wing rallies. Plain LRAD technology is used to illegally
broadcast into the protest area and/or illegally broadcast near the rally area
at either ground level and/or illegally broadcast into the sky. FYI, the
criminal black ops illegally disrupting the legal rally by the use of covert
LRAD sound beam technology are probably at least guilty of the crimes of harassment
and/or disturbing the peace. LRADs often beam and broadcast into running
police car motors and/or any nearby running motors. These sound beams
often have an ethereal sound to them and they might be broadcast in
hearable but not recordable ultrasonic frequencies above 20,000 Hz.
In addition to regular sound beam technology, advanced top secret covert sound
beam technology can actually wirelessly electronically illegally hijack control
of electromagnetically controlled rally loudspeakers and covertly illegally
broadcast messages designed to sabotage the rally. Smaller loudspeakers
and even megaphones can be illegally electronically disrupted and/or hijacked by
covert sound beam technology too. Police radio loudspeakers have also probably
been illegally electronically hijacked or broadcast into using black ops sound
beam and/or black ops pirate radio broadcasting. At a potentially confusing
large protest event, cops might wish to identify the broadcaster of each report
or order, particularly critical orders, in order to avoid being disrupted/duped
by black ops. This COINTELPRO-style
black ops illegal psywar electronic harassment at large protest rallies is an
illegal nuisance but it is easily survivable.
While LRAD sound beams can be illegally deployed
against a rally, event, or building very easily, the use of mind reading and
mind control technology is much more difficult. The odds of being
illegally remotely individually mind-read
at a large rally or event are very very small. The rally or event stage,
the rally or event loudspeakers, and any targeted TIs are probably hit with the
most beam weapon zap beam power, and the longer an individual stays in a beam
weapon hot spot, the greater the chances of being heated up/transpondered to the
level of being remotely brain-zapped and mind-read. FBI SID workers claim
that some zaps, like subliminals in the ears and pulsebeaming, can affect
everyone instantly. The complicated mind reading and mind control zaps
usually take hours before they could affect people who might eventually become
transpondered, and my guess is that FBI SID technology mindreading many brains
at once is probably worthless. However, if FBI SID beam weapon zappers are
using a close-range high-power beam weapon zap beam against one person,
FBI SID workers have claimed they can sometimes transponder and mind-read 1
person in as little as 15 minutes.
FBI SID workers have claimed that if the FBI SID is
having a hard time beaming a rally or event stage, they sometimes yell
"down in front" to get a cleaner beamback from the stage with a lot
less backscatter/electrical interference, presumably from other people's brains
and/or electronic devices. I would also guess that some of the FBI
SID beam weapon technology is probably installed or used in cars, vans, and/or
trucks parked at/near the rally or event.
FYI, a transpondered electrical device, like a cell
phone, digital camera, or recorder, can often be untranspondered by shutting it
off and removing the battery.
LRADs
and/or very similar covert sound beam technology are also routinely illegally covertly
deployed against targeted individuals or TIs and often others near the TIs
in Washington, DC and in America. The illegal LRADs
and/or similar illegal sound beams target fans and/or moving motor parts,
including window fans, air conditioners, computer fans, refrigerators, and car
motors because a fast moving fan or motor will amplify a sound beam and serve as
a sound beam receiver, just like a radio serves as a radio wave receiver.
This gives a whole new meaning to the expression "when the [psywar] [bull]shit
hits the fan." (FYI, at a minimum, LRAD-wielding black ops beaming a
sound beam at a room or house are
probably guilty of the crime of many counts of harassment and/or disturbing the
peace.)
In addition to sound beams amplified by motors or
electronic fans, subliminal sound beam messages are often illegally broadcast in
a psywar hit at individuals or even
large groups. (These illegal subliminal messages to a target's brain are
also used as part of covert attempted mind control technology and
subliminal messages can both unconsciously influence the target's brain and/or
pop conscious thoughts into the target's brain.) Most of the subliminal
messages are detectable and hearable by covering your ears by using 1 finger
from both hands to press the front of each earlobe against the ear drum to
completely cover the ear drum. However, covert hi-tech subliminal
V2K or voice-to-skull messages cannot be heard this way. (In my legal
opinion, LRAD-wielding black ops broadcasting audible and/or subliminal messages
are probably guilty of the crime of 1 or more counts of harassment and/or disturbing
the peace. If any subliminal message is very evil and/or illegal,
the black ops broadcasting the subliminal message might be guilty of additional
crimes.)
If you are hit with an LRAD sound beam at home please
be very careful, because you might be being hit with illegalcovert
mind reading and mind control technology too. This covert technology
is much more dangerous than an LRAD
used alone. FYI, if an LRAD sound beam or hijacked stereo, radio, and/or TV
loudspeaker sounds like it is interactively talking to you, please
be very careful, since you're probably already transpondered and being illegallymind-read.
FYI, I've heard that a stationary target zapped by a strong covert anti-brain
beam can sometimes be heated up and transpondered to the point of successful remote neural monitoring mind reading
within 15 minutes. FYI, I
believe the use of mind reading technology against non-consenting targets in
America is both illegal and
unconstitutional since it obviously violates the 5th
AmendmentMiranda
right to remain silent and avoid self-incrimination.
Very brief FBI SID LRADpsywar illegal sound beam and/or illegalmind reading
hits probably often just target one person in an attempt to intimidate,
sabotage, and/or mind control them to do something or not do something
and/or quickly read the target's mind to learn something the target knows.
In longer psywar hits, LRAD sound beams often illegally target the TI's
housemates and neighbors and often one or more FBI SID listening workers. Longer
psywar hits probably sometimes also illegally target local emergency services
personnel, including police stations, fire stations, and/or 911 call centers,
usually without the consent of the targeted first responder
workers, in an illegal attempt to dupe local police or EMS workers to do the
dirty work of political harassment/repression. This illegal LRAD
broadcasting to first responders often involves the illegal broadcast of illegally
obtained data stolen by illegalmind reading
technology. Local reporters' offices and/or other key offices might
sometimes also be targeted with sound beams in attempt to embarrass the TI
and/or violate the TI's privacy.

Most people who hear an illegal sound beam usually try
to ignore it as unwanted noise pollution. The more people stuck listening
to LRADs learn about LRADs and covert beam weapon psywar
technology, the more they
dislike being illegally electronically harassed.
Longer covert or overt psywarLRAD sound
beam, beam weapon, and/or gangstalking harassment hits against a targeted
individual or TI make life difficult and risky for the targeted individual or
TI, and I have some helpful ideas for surviving a
full-scale illegal electronic warfare psywar

Most of the beam weapon operators in Washington, DC and
in America are probably FBI SID black ops beam weapon operators. (NSA is
known to have these beam weapons, and it is reasonable to assume that the CIA
has this technology also.) Most of the Washington, DC area FBI SID black
ops beam weapons operators are corrupt criminal speed freaks and they are
usually high on illegal methamphetamine speed. Jay

FBI SID psywar harassment LRAD sound beam broadcasters lie
a lot, and they sometimes lie and make up false problems, false
dramas, and/or false made-up emergencies. It is also very possible that
some of the FBI SID black ops broadcasters are high on illegal methamphetamine
speed, and the LRAD sound beam broadcasters sometimes rant away during their

In 1998, Human
Rights Watch raised concerns about dazzler laser beam weapons. "Human
Rights Watch identifies and provides details on a host of laser weapon
programs of concern, including BOSS, Persuader, LX-5, Maglite, Saber 203,
TLOS, Green Laser, Nighthawk and Y-Blue. In some cases, it appears that
the very blinding laser weapons that were being developed prior to the
1995 policy (e.g., Saber 203, LCMS/TLOS) are being modified for deployment
as dazzlers, with just a less apparent blinding attribute."

In addition to these dazzler
beam weapons, there are 2
devices that could be used by the police or military for crowd control or riot
control purposes: the LRAD sound beam and the Active
Denial System that is specifically designed for riot control.

On May 27, 2009, Laser
Energeticsannouncedit will be mass producing and selling
2 new dazzler laser beam weapons, the Dazer
Laser Defender and Guardian beam weapons. Laser Energetics
produced a
fancy 2-page color brochure describing their new product. Their brochure
very optimistically claims "These ultimate non-lethal weapons will change the
tactics of Law Enforcement and the Military for the long term foreseeable
future."
While UPI
reports that these beam weapons
are "for the military and law
enforcement market", I'm not sure if Laser Energetics will only sell their
beam weapons to police departments and the military or if they will sell their
beam weapon to anybody, even criminals and black ops.

ran the briefest story, and the Washington Times later reported on July 9, 2009
that Firm
Touts 'Safer' Laser Dazzlers. Their story skeptically focused on the

Times is heavily subsidized and propped up by the Unification
Church, a CIA
ally and KCIA/ANSP/NIS
ally, at a
total cost of more than 1.7

cops and military to get laser guns. Dazer Laser weapons can dazzle at up
to 1.5 miles.Internet
responses varied and weren't always accurate. For example, one article
claimed it was a "puke"
ray, not a dazzler device with a nausea ray. (FYI, I've been hit with
a real covert black ops beam weapon puke ray, and it works. If
Laser Energetics has access to black ops beam weapon tech, I'm not sure exactly
what zap they will use for their "nausea" zap.)
I have many concerns about the potential for misuse of
these 2 new Dazer Laser beam weapons by criminals and black ops. On Monday, July 20,
2009. I sent an email to
Laser Energetics with a request for additional basic information about their 2
new Dazer Laser beam weapons, and I'm waiting for additional information from Laser
Energetics before I describe any or all of my concerns in detail at this
website.

thought-to-speech process of
reading human brainwaves and translating or converting them into electronically
generated speech. Basically, an SVR mind reading device acts as an

audeo, an
expensive compact mind reading device. They are developing a voiceless mind reading cell phone and they envision various commercial applications for

Preventing Involuntary Illegal
and/or Unconstitutional Mind Reading
Brain waves are very personal and should be 100% private data. Cheap
commercial mind reading technology could be misused to let others (for example,
Internet hackers, parents, investigators, prison guards, teachers, and/or even
bosses) have access to your personal brainwave data and private thoughts.
New commercial mind reading technology opens up a Pandora's box of Orwellian
mind reading and mind control possibilities.
I believe that involuntary mind reading of a target's
brainwave data and private thoughts is illegal and unconstitutional.
I believe it is illegal because it is data theft, just as hacking someone's
personal computer often involves data theft. Stolen brainwave data can
include secret computer passwords, bank debit card numbers, bank debit card
passwords, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, proprietary data, personal
information, and even very private personal information. I also believe

Advances in covert mind control technology have been documented between 1978-now.
Most mind control victims do not even know they are mind control victims. Mind control technology is covert, but some mind control technology is detectable if you teach yourself how to detect it.
Mind control is very rare. Out of 300 million Americans, there are probably only hundreds of primary mind control beam weapon targets and thousands of secondary mind control beam weapon targets. Probably far less than 1 in 1,000 people are affected by mind control technology and/or stuck listening to annoying illegal sound beam broadcasts during an average day. Probably less than 1 in 100 people have ever been zapped with mind control technology in their lives.
Advanced covert electromagnetic beam weapon mind control technology includes:
1. Silent
Sound Spread Spectrum or SSSS or s-quad mind control technology.
2. The technological ability
to extremely precisely zap precisely micropulsed CNS/PNS brainwave patterns and/or brain cell or nerve cell message data into the targeted individual's
brain and central nervous system and/or peripheral nervous system, mimicking many CNS (central nervous system) or PNS (peripheral nervous system) nerve cell to brain messages,
presumably some CNS brain to nerve cell messages, and the brain's internal hearing
and thinking processes.
3. The technological ability to zap detectable, subliminal, and/or semi-subliminal thoughts into a person's brain. One of the technologies involved is probably voice-to-skull or V2K technology. An unclassified device called the neurophonewithout a remote beam weapon capability can produce a voice-to-skull affect that Nich Begich demonstrated to conspiracy theorist Jesse Ventura near the end [at approx. 37:38-39:51] of Jesse Ventura's conspiracy theory TruTv cable TV show about HAARP.
4. The technological ability to clone the emotions by zapping precise micropulsed brainwave patterns into a
person's brain that could cause the brain to feel any combination of a huge variety of sensations, including
1) one or more of a variety of emotions (including happiness, sadness, self-confidence, calmness, nervousness, boredom, stress, anger, fear, depression, pride, shame, simulated guilt, remorsefulness, love, and/or hate).
2) an energy and/or ability level (including awake, asleep, alert, energized, tired, sleepy, under the influence of alcohol or specific drugs, groggy, suggestible, partially disabled, and/or zombieish or zombie-zapped).
3) a body sensation (including, hunger, thirst, fullness/full of food, needing to piss, needing to shit, pleasure, pain, horny, warm, cold, itchy, and/or motion sensations including going up, down, right, left, forward, and/or back).
5. The technological ability to zap a wide variety of unwanted and/or harmful effects, including yawning, coughing, farting, incontinence, remoted controlled pissing, shaking/shivering/simulated hypothermia, drooling, sore throats, simulated emphasema, toothache pains, earaches, biting your lip/cheeks, chest pains, male ejaculation, and a variety of rarely or hopefully never used potentially lethal zaps that could cause choking, heart attacks, strokes, accidents, injuries, drowning, asthma, vomiting, and/or other serious medical problems. The less thought about these potential problems while being actively mind controlled and monitored, the better. Mind controllers are often very suggestible themselves. Music or TV sometimes distracts them.
Remote Neural Monitoring is alleged to be another powerful mind reading/mind control technology. John St Clair Akwei filed a lawsuit against NSA around 1992 where he alleged that Remote Neural Monitoring technology was used against him by NSA, the National Security Agency. It is alleged that this technology can also be used to manipulate and possibly remotely monitor different senses, including sight and smell. It might be theoretically possible for people to use some form of remote neural monitoring and/or synthetic telepathy to sometimes remotely view what a targeted individual is viewing under some circumstances. (I believe the focus has been on using remotely monitored brainwave data to mind read a target's thoughts instead of trying to remotely view anything. I suspect that remote viewing is probably much more technically difficult and less informative than mind reading using remote neural monitoring and/or a similar technology.)
Mind control technology also has the ability to invade and script dreams (and read minds and control minds) while the targeted individual is asleep. A targeted individual is probably most suggestible and brainwashable when the targeted individual is asleep, unconscious and dreaming. Also, zapping a targeted individual while the targeted indvidual is asleep is probably more covert than zapping a targeted individual who is awake. If you have had intermittent extremely vivid and powerful wierd dreams and/or kept waking up repeatedly in the middle of the night and/or continued to feel afraid and/or stress out after waking up a nightmare, you might have been mind controlled in the past. (It is probably also technically possible but probably very invasive and annoying to a TI for a mind control worker to try to brainwash a TI while the TI is zapped into an unconscious trance instead of a brief dream.)

I expect to add some additional data later to back up my claims
that electromagnetic beam weapon remote mind control
technology and electromagnetic beam weapon remote mind reading technology are now technological facts, but I'm adding to my documentation one
step at a time, and I don't have time to supply much additional documentation now. Honestly, it's a complex top-secret topic that I only partially understand,
and I do not know precisely how these new technologies work. However, I do know from more than
5 years of personal experience that these technologies do in fact work.

Believe it or not, it is now top secret
scientific fact that advanced electronic psywar technology includes the ability
to extremely precisely zap electronic impulses into the targeted individual's

since 1992 and probably since 1982 or even before 1982.)
I believe that mind reading technology violates the 4th
Amendment and 5th
Amendment. If combined with illegal rebroadcast of
mind-read thoughts, interactive LRAD sound beam
harassment, Silent
Sound Spread Spectrum subliminal message/attempted mind control harassment,
and/or illegal home or street "skit work" harassment, I believe it
probably violates the 8th
Amendment. And I believe that mind control violates the 1st
Amendment and the 8th
Amendment. If mind control is used in combination with mind reading
and/or illegal "skit work" harassment to attempt to prompt illegal
thoughts, words, and/or actions, it might also be in violation of the 5th
Amendment and/or the Miranda
"right to remain
silent". I believe
involuntary mind reading is illegal and violates the target's 4th
Amendment right to be free from "unreasonable
searches and seizures" including
unconstitutional warrantless searches, and the target's 5th
Amendment protection against self-incrimination, of not
being "compelled

involuntary mind reading is combined with rebroadcast of personal thoughts and
secrets at any location, interactive
LRAD sound beam harassment,
and/or electronic and/or in-person "skit" harassment based on the
mind-read victim's thoughts, I believe this use of mind reading technology also
violates the victim's 8th
Amendment right to avoid "cruel
and unusual punishments". I believe that mind control violates the
1st
Amendment by violating the victim's right to freedom of speech and freedom of
thought. According to the Center
for Cognitive Liberty and Ethics, the Supreme Court ruled in 1937 that
"freedom
of thought" is an essential liberty. The
Center for Cognitive Liberty and
Ethics also claims "If
the First Amendment blocks the government from putting words in a person's
mouth, does it also block the government from putting words in a person's head?
(We think it does, and we're working to prove it)." I also believe
that freedom of speech implies the freedom to remain silent. I believe that mind control also
violates the victim's 8th
Amendment right to avoid "cruel
and unusual punishments". This is particularly true if the
subliminal and/or semi-subliminal suggestions made are particularly dumb,
obnoxious, offensive, and/or illegal.
If mind control is used in combination with mind
reading and/or harassment skit work to attempt to prompt illegal thoughts,
words, and/or actions, it might also be in violation of the 5th
Amendment and/or the Miranda
"right to remain
silent".
In summary, I believe that
mind reading and
mind control are both illegal and
unconstitutional. I believe that mind reading is in violation of the 4th
Amendment (prohibiting
unreasonable and/or unwarranted searches and seizures) and the 5th
Amendment (the right to remain silent and avoid any
self-incrimination). I
also believe that mind control is in violation of the 1st
Amendment (protecting freedom of speech and also freedom of thought) and
the 8th
Amendment (prohibiting cruel and unusual punishments). (In addition,
mind reading might sometimes be in violation of the 8th
Amendment (prohibiting cruel and unusual punishments), while mind control
might sometimes be in violation of the 5th
Amendment and the Miranda
"right to remain
silent".)
Some legal argument trying to justify the use of mind reading
and mind control technology in America might
be made under FISA
or the Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Act, but I would assume that this would only
correctly apply to the use of mind reading technology by U.S. spies against
paid and employed foreign agents/spies or real Al-Qaeda terrorists or
other real terrorists, most
of whom are not U.S. citizens. Instead this illegal mind reading
and mind control technology is being illegally and unconstitutionally used against hundreds of normal law-abiding U.S. citizens in
some sort of blatantly illegal and unconstitutional MKULTRA-style
mind control experiment and black ops lazy corrupt jobs and easy income program.

the end of the video that advanced electromagnetic beam weaponry is now used for
electronic mind control but provides no details of the latest mind control

5. The DoD
Non-Lethal Weapons Program 2008 Annual Report describes non-lethal
weapons the U.S. military is developing to control people without killing
people. These non-lethal weapons can eventually end up in the hands of
U.S. police forces to potentially use against peaceful demonstrators and some
similar weapons (for example, covert LRADs or sound beam weapons) are already
used semi-covertly by U.S. secret police or black op forces, for example, the

From before 1979-2015, a technological revolution has occurred
in the technology of covert hi-tech political persecution in America and

How to identify hi-tech political
persecution
Here's how you can identify hi-tech political
persecution, also known as psywar.
First, here are some warning signs and what they probably mean. If you
notice an immediate warning sign, then you might be a victim of hi-tech
electronic persecution now, at this moment in time. If you notice a
warning sign, then you might have been a victim of hi-tech political persecution
recently or in sometime in your past (and you might/might not be a victim at

If you hear this, it
means a semi-covert LRAD sound beam is
either targeting or accidentally hitting the fan or motor. It means a sound beam is being beamed to
the fan or motor, and the sound is being amplified by the fan or motor.
Home air conditioning units and home heating units can loudly amplify a
sound beam. If the noise is heard from a car engine, it probably
means the car engine is transpondered (beamed and temporarily
turned into a sound beam receiver).
Hearing LRAD
sound beam broadcasts all over one's house or building can get
repetitively annoying and it also illegally violates the targeted
individual's or TI's privacy. It is also a warning that stronger
covert anti-brain beam weapons are probably also zapping the house.
2. Do you hear an ethereal
voice from a distance?
If you hear this,
you might be hearing a semi-covert LRAD
sound beam broadcasting nearby where the sound beam is heard from the
air. (If they are beaming into the sky it can sound very impressive.)
You can test for the presence of an LRAD sound beam
by seeing if a desk fan or window fan or even computer
fan starts broadcasting an LRAD sound beam
when the fan is running. If it does, you know there is an LRAD sound
beam pointed at your house. If it doesn't then there might/might not
be an LRAD sound beam pointed elsewhere.
3. Test for
subliminal message broadcasting by covering both ears (using one finger or
using one finger to press each earlobe over your ears).
If you hear a
message, usually a repeated dumb recorded message but sometimes live
comments, then someone is trying to use subliminal suggestion technology
to try to manipulate and mind control your brain. There are 2
subliminals channels, one for the right ear and one for the left
ear.
Note: I do not
understand this technology. It's probably not an LRAD sound
beam. Here are some of the unknowns:
1. Does it hit one person or multiple people?
2. Does it require some time to heat up a target or TI (targeted
individual) victim or does it work instantly or almost instantly?
3. Is it a one-way electronic beam or a 2-way electromagnetic beam with
return beam data?
4. If it has return beam data, does the return beam data capture what the
target's ears are hearing?
4. Test for
subliminal TV-synched messages by turning on your TV and muting it by turning
off the sound.
If you hear a subliminal
or semi-subliminal dialog, usually an obscene dialog, when people are
silently speaking on TV with the sound muted by turning off the sound, then some sort of
TV-synched subliminal broadcasting system (maybe silent
sound spread spectrum or
SSSS or s-quad mind control technology) is being used.
5. If you are
playing some music that you remember the words to on your stereo, have any of the words changed?
Also, do you detect any semi-subliminal messages,
particularly during the instrumental and wordless parts of the music?
If your stereo is
suddenly playing music that has definitely changed, there is a
logical explanation. Covert hi-tech psywar
political persecution can
wirelessly hijack control of an electronic stereo speaker and change
the words. (A common word
modification is to remove the "s" from the end of a word,
changing it a plural to singular noun.)
Also, semi-subliminal
message broadcasts are sometimes used to screw up your music listening
experience. A semi-subliminal message is a detectable message that
you can't hear that is somehow zapped into your brain. I do not
understand the technology that does this but it might be silent
sound spread spectrum or
SSSS or s-quad mind control technology. Semi-subliminal messages are
detected more easily and annoyingly if you hear music or even some
humming.
Note: most
black ops workers love beautiful, nice sounding music, even if
their evil black ops psywar job calls for them to screw up the sound of everything.
You might be able to persuade them to keep their sound sabotage to the
absolute minimum if they want to hear more nice music now. Also,
sometimes some righteous political music (protest music, union music,
and/or civil rights/freedom music) temporarily pulls black ops workers
towards the right, not the wrong, way of thinking.
FYI,
in possible violation of music copyrights, black ops keep a huge
collection of sabotaged music soundtracks and sometimes extra electronic
sabotage data and they routinely illegally sabotaged copyrighted music.
6. If you are
watching TV, has any of the TV dialog become weird? Does any
TV dialog in the TV shows and/or commercials seem unbelievable? Does it sound like there is a
black ops recording studio adding extra comments to your TV show?
Also, do you detect any semi-subliminal
messages, particularly if the TV show is a popular repeated TV show where
the black ops workers might have had the time and motivation to
electronically sabotage it?
If your TV has any weird
dialog and what sounds like extra additions to the regular TV soundtrack,
you might be the victim of covert hi-tech psywar
political persecution that can
wirelessly hijack control of a TV speaker and change the words.
Black ops will also sabotage TV commercials.
One partial solution is to display closed
captioning on your TV screen.
FYI, in
possible violation of TV broadcasters' copyrights, black ops keep a huge
collection of sabotaged TV show soundtracks and TV commercial soundtracks
and sometimes extra electronic sabotage data and they routinely illegally sabotage
copyrighted TV shows and copyrighted TV commercials.
7. Does any
electronic sound broadcast or any person in your life seem to be
responding to or using private knowledge gained from your personal
thoughts?
If you believe
someone might be reading your mind, there is a possible logical
explanation. Someone might actually be reading your mind. Covert hi-tech
mind reading is possible and has been possible
for years (maybe even as far back as 1976 in the Washington DC area).
Once black ops hi-tech harassment workers have the mind reading technology
beam weapons in place and they are zapping you and they can mind-read you
and probe your mind, they like to use their knowledge and they sometimes
like to talk with you audibly as well as subliminally while they are reading your mind. This beam
weapon mind reading
(and mind control) technology is top secret and rare
but very powerful.
Note: it is possible that the number of
anti-brain beam
weapons that are reading minds may exceed the limited number of beam weapon
mind reading operators. Thus it is possible that your mind might be being read with
anti-brain beam weapon technology but that no one is listening (or no one
is listening 100% of the time) to your mind-read thought-stream at the
moment. This is probably particularly true of very temporary
non-primary electronic harassment targets. If you are a non primary
target, you might be in the ironic position of silently wishing they would
stop harassing you with LRAD sound beam
and/or anti-brain beam weapon harassment without any live beam weapon operator and/or
beam weapon listening worker even hearing your complaint.
Note: if you believe any LRAD sound beam
is
specifically targeting you individually, watch out for your
mind being
read and/or your mind being mind controlled also.
8. Are you
functioning at reduced energy and/or reduced brainpower? Do you find
yourself passively resting instead of doing? Do you feel
groggy and disoriented instead of thinking quickly and alertly?
Also, are you feeling tired, whether or not you are short on sleep?
If you have reduced
energy and/or reduced brainpower, you might be a victim of covert
hi-tech electronic mind control. If you are a victim,
regaining as much of your brainpower and as much of your energy back as
possible will help you cope. Getting your brainpower, energy, and
productivity back is sometimes extremely difficult if the black ops
continue and continue to beam you.
9. Are you suddenly
feeling like you're in a new mood with no apparent logical
explanation? For example, are you suddenly wide awake, sleepy,
scared, depressed, irritated, angry, sad, stressed, relaxed, happy,
cheerful, and/or horny with no apparent reason?
Also, do you find your mood shifting too quickly
and too frequently with no logical reason?
If you find your
mood is changing for no apparent reason, you might be the victim of covert
hi-tech electronic psywar mind control beam weapon zaps. If secret
mind control technology is being used to control your mood, it might be silent
sound spread spectrum or
SSSS or s-quad mind control technology being used to clone
emotions. At least one beam weapon operator labels this
"mood setting". (Anti-mind control expert Eleanor White
also uses the term "mood
setting".)
10. Do you suspect
your computer is being wirelessly hacked and/or wirelessly remote
controlled?
Does it look
like someone else might be partially running your computer? Is your
computer running abnormally slow? Do you find yourself losing
control of your mouse and/or keyboard for no apparent reason? Does
your mouse cursor ever jump from one location on the screen to
another? Do some window button options in one of your computer software windows
mysteriously become deactivated and then reactivated later or sometimes reactivated
if you resize the window? Does the highlighting of text malfunction
for no obvious reason? Does the wording of your email or note
sometimes seem to change as if someone else was editing it? Does
data ever mysteriously disappear from your computer, like someone
remotely deleted it?
Is your computer seriously malfunctioning for no
apparent reason? Is there any reason to suspect a remote computer
user might be suspending, shutting down, and or hijacking any of your
computer processes? Do you have any phantom drives that windows
believes are on your computer that you can't see or use? Do you have
a firewire network driver (probably without a physical firewire network
device) in addition to a standard network driver?
If your computer is
seriously malfunctioning, it might or might not be hacked
and remote controlled. Note: most skilled remote controlling of
computers can be done wirelessly using standard windows software features
like terminal services, probably using wireless simulated or virtual
computer interfaces to wirelessly connect to the USB, USB 2.0, and/or firewire ports,
T10, T100 (or maybe
even T1000) network connections, phone modem connections, and/or
connection to the PS/2 mouse and/or keyboard port, and/or a serial and/or parallel
port, and/or a wireless network router, and/or a wired network router. I have repeatedly found that some wireless hack by the
electronic harassers has hijacked a mouse port and/or redirected mouse
control with the result being that one of my 2 mice suddenly stops
working.
If you ever find a computer with a firewire
network driver, you can strongly suspect that the firewire network driver
is ready to be used to set up a very fast wireless network connection to a
computer hacker's network.
11. If you feel pain
in a part of your body, for example tooth pain, is there less pain after
you try pressing your hand against the part of your body in pain?
If the pain in a part
of your body decreases after you press your hand against it, then it is probably
an electronically zapped pain, not a real pain from a real problem
in your body. In the pain decreases after you put your hand on it,
then your hand is probably partially shielding your body
part from the zapped pain and decreasing the pain.
12. Are you
experiencing insomnia at night, ie., you can't sleep and/or stay
asleep?
If you are suddenly
experiencing insomnia at night, i.e., you can't sleep and/or stay asleep,
you might be a covert hi-tech electronic persecution victim.
13. Did you suddenly
get very drowsy and fall asleep in the middle of the day?
If you are suddenly
experiencing narcolepsy during the day, ie., if you suddenly get drowsy
and fall asleep during the day, you might be a covert hi-tech
electronic persecution victim. Warning: if you can, try to disconnect
your computer from the internet and shut it down before you fall
asleep. Also try to lock your bedroom door and physically secure
your room before you fall asleep. Warning: if your computer and/or room is
not secure while you are asleep, someone might have electronically broken
into your computer or physically broken into your room while you were
zapped asleep, or some other psywar hit against you or someone else might
have been done while you were zapped asleep.
14. Have your
machines or electronics improbably started malfunctioning?
If any of your
machines have started malfunctioning, they might be electronically jammed or even remote
controlled. Also, the electronic circuits might have been fried by
an EMP/NNEMP-style
beam weapon zap.
Here are
examples of machines that hi-tech covert beam weapons can interfere with
or destroy:
Flashlights.
Covert beam weapons can easily zap out small flashlights. (If this problem lasts,
you will want LED flashlights, probably metal instead of plastic, and one or more rechargeable
1,000,000/more candlepower spotlights and
maybe portable 120 volt electric lights to reliably see at night.)
Digicams
and/or digital recorders. If
you're recording any audio and/or video records of harassment, be aware
that beam weapons can drain the power from AA, AAA, or special lithium
digicam batteries and you will need spare rechargeable batteries and
at least one good battery recharger. Weak AAA batteries are probably
especially vulnerable to being zapped out.
If a digicam is zapped, it is also transpondered,
meaning that it is sustainably zapped by a beam weapon. In order to
untransponder it, you'll need to open the battery cover at least very
briefly and then reinsert the battery cover without breaking it.
Once you have untranspondered it, the battery power should be back to its
normal partially depleted strength (instead of its very depleted
transpondered strength).
I recommend buying 2900mAh Accupower rechargable
AA batteries.
Computer power
supplies. If your computer is
being zapped off by covert beam weapon zapping, the covert beam weapon zapping
is probably either interfering with 1) the electrical power to the
computer's electrical power supply and/or 2) the
electrical power supply. If your computer is being zapped off by
electronic covert beam weapon zapping of your computer's power supply and/or weak house electrical current, you probably need
an Active
PFC (active power factor correction) power supply. It is also
probably a matter of the stronger the power supply, the
better.
Computers.
Computer motherboards and/or computer power supplies can get
electronically jammed, wirelessly rebooted, or even fried EMP/NNEMP-style by covert electronic beam weapons.
Printers,
including all-in-one multifunction printers.
The USB 1.0/2.0 port for a printer can get electronically jammed, ironically often by
a covert beam weapon wireless beam. This covert beam weapon wireless
beam is probably a computer remote control beam but it might instead be an
anti-brain beam or it might be both an anti-computer and anti-brain
beam. This wireless beam either electronically jams and/or
wirelessly hijacks (probably at USB 1.0 and/or USB 2.0 speeds) the USB port and/or
the USB cable that the
computer uses to communicate with the printer.
USB secure
digital/SD card readers. USB
ports and/or secure digital cards can be electronically jammed so that the USB secure
digital/SD card reader either fails to work or sometimes even shows an
empty card when there is data on the SD card. There
is a workaround for this. Put the SD card in a digital camera that
can read it, make sure the camera has
good or fresh batteries, and connect the battery powered camera to the USB
port with a special USB cable for the digicam. With the extra battery power, the previously
electronically jammed USB port
will now often work.
Since small portable USB secure digital/SD card
readers are easily electromagnetically jammed (and possibly fragile enough
to electronically fry and/or physically break), my workaround is to buy
multiple high-speed quality SD cards and back up a complete set of SD
cards to DVD instead of backing up each SD card to a portable hard disk.
Also, please be aware that some machines can be
run by commercially available remote controls (by anyone who uses a
correctly configured remote control) and many machines can be run or at least partially run
(often with some trial and error) by remote control
beam weapon zaps.
Note: There are
some additional warning signs that I plan to describe later.
Ryan, Desiree, and Amber are common FBI SID aliases
The name Ryan is a probably the most common FBI SID
alias. (This TI was even called "Ryan" by a stranger on at least
one occasion in what might have been an unsuccessful FBI SID recruitment
attempt.) The name Desiree has been described as a FBI SID alias for an
attractive FBI SID female agent with the assigned task of attracting a male TI's
interest and then getting him in trouble. This is an unconfirmed FBI SID
U.S. secret police description. The name Amber has been described as an
FBI SID alias used by FBI SID parents as an alias for a female child when they
want to keep the real name of their child anonymous. (This TI recalls that
parents in 2 different families who might have been FBI SID agents both claimed
that their kid's name was Amber, so this alias might be a standard FBI SID
alias.) The FBI SID alias "Amber" might have something to do
with the phrase "amber
alert", a special emergency police bulletin for abducted children.
Most people named Ryan, Desiree, or Amber are not
FBI SID agents. However, in the context of political activism and/or
targeted individuals, where FBI SID agents target events, organizations, and/or
individuals, it makes sense to be very cautious when dealing with a man named
Ryan, a woman named Desiree, or a kid named Amber. And if you know that someone changed their name to Ryan, I would suspect that they are now an FBI SID agent.
Where's Ryan? The name Ryan, described as a
common FBI SID alias, seems to show up all over the place.
First, here a few interesting Ryan's from 1971-2005.
In 1971, Mr.
Ryan last the last of 8 FBI agents listed on the 4/27/71
FBI memo officially ending the FBI's COINTELPRO
program.
Between 1975-1977, Senior
CIA officer John Ryan became the third ITG chief in April 1975 and served until
1977. It has been alleged that "...[The
CIA Operation] Chaoswas
evolving into the CIA's International Terrorism Group...".
Specifically, Angus Mackenzie claims in the CIA's
War at Home "And in the final move to clean up Ober's act, in December
Helms put an end to the operation of the five-year-old MHCHAOS by formally
transforming it into the International Terrorism Group-with Ober still in
charge."
In 1987 FBI agent John C.
Ryan, with 21 years
experience, was fired
for following his conscience. According
to Angus McKenzie, "FBI Special Agent John C. Ryan, a
twenty-one-year veteran from Peoria, Illinois, flatly and repeatedly had refused
FBI orders to conduct a "terrorism" investigation of anti-Contra
protesters whom he knew to be religious pacifists. As a result, Ryan was fired
for insubordination on August 25, I987, eighteen months after Bush's task force
issued its report. Ryan was the first FBI agent fired for refusing to obey
orders as a matter of conscience."

In the late 1980's, a friendly, well-mannered man with
the first name of Bryan (a name very similar to Ryan), moved into the home that
this TI (or targeted individual) and webmaster owned before years of political
persecution forced this TI to lose his home. Years later, Bryan claimed
his daughter in law's name was Amber. (Not all suspected FBI undercover
agents are blatantly obnoxious.)
Prior to 9/6/00, Mike
Ryan wrote part of Carnivore,
a FBI spyware that was an ISP-based packet sniffer, according to a
Sept. 6, 2000 report.
On May 7, 2001, John
C. Ryan, an ex-FBI agent, wrote
that FBI presentation of FBI informants' data might involve "fraud and
deception". "Because of these experiences and observations, it
would come as no surprise that FBI agents in the Judi Bari case, or any case,
would distort, exaggerate, misrepresent, falsify or otherwise manipulate
information about an informant, or about information supposedly received from an
informant, or meetings, or the contents of reports and files, etc., regardless
of the untruthfulness or unlawfulness of their actions. Anyone -- supervisors,
bureau headquarters, a court or magistrate in a given case, prosecutors, city
police officers -- might have been a target (victim) of such fraud and deception
regarding informants and informant information in the circumstances and
atmosphere I am describing."
Around 2002-2003, Ryan
McGuire is mentioned at the small website of a punk band called cointelpro.
On 2/23/03, "Ryan Bread" posted an ad for a
tipi community in southern Oregon under Community Forming in the Directory of
Intentional Communities. (Ryan initially posted his note under "Ry
Bread" and then reposted it under "Ryan bread".) (You might
remember "bread" is slang for money, and money is the
primary motivation for FBI SID agents and informants.)
On Apr 08, 2003, "Ryan" wrote a
note at Boston IndyMedia where he claimed that "I agree with Chuck0
that police are surveilling,
harassing, cointelpro-ing activists in real life,
on the streets, in our meetings, etc." Note that he is claiming that
COINTELPRO gangstalking of targeted individuals is underway in Boston in
2003. "Ryan" wrote this is response to a complaint about
COINTELPRO by Steven
Devoy, who was at the time an activist and left-wing webmaster.
At 4:30am on May 24, 2003, a 19 year old man named Ryan
Demarco Lewis was shot and murdered half a block from this political activist's 2003
home. This
webmaster interpreted this murder as a death threat and this webmaster felt
intimidated and afraid enough to take a break from his political organizing in
2003. Later, in 2005, FBI
SID criminal perp Jay Pendeltonclaimed
he hired and paid the hitman who allegedly killed Ryan
Demarco Lewis.
On 11/27/03, Kody
Ryan posted a communities forming note looking for people interested in
investing $2,000 to help set up a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm in

Around 2005, a San Francisco activist complaining on
FBI COINTELPRO misconduct found himself complaining on August 23, 28, and 29 to San
Francisco US Attorney Kevin Ryan. Eventually,
on Oct. 21, 2006, the activist found himself officially complaining about
San Francisco US Attorney Kevin Ryan.

Operation Mockingbird was designed to plant
CIA stories in the media, and COINTELPRO (and presumably Operation CHAOS)

helped break the Watergate scandal, published the
CIA and the media in 1977 in Rolling Stone.

at the Washington Post, a very important newspaper in Washington, DC. A

to read it, I found it cynical and over hyped, and I believe they overestimated
the electronic harassment/mind control problem in America.

TI Conspiracy Theorists www.thehiddenevil.com, by Mark
Rich. While he agrees with the standard TI claims of DEW (directed energy
weapon) and gangstalking harassment, he has his own involved conspiracy theories
about why this is occurring. (The DEW electronic harassment and
gangstalking harassment is real, but I am skeptical of any elaborate conspiracy
theories that anyone besides the U.S. federal government intelligence community,
the FBI, CIA, and/or black ops paid from the secret or black ops budget, are
behind any of the illegal harassment.) FYI, I have not read his free
ebooks.
Possibly Mixed Allegiance
Websites. (These sites do not
initially appear to clearly take a TI viewpoint.) Gangstalkingworld. (They claim "united we stand. Divided they fall." In contrast, I
picked the name "StopGangStalking.com". The homepage also tries
to explain and rationalize the gangstalker viewpoint.) It is owned by
"Gmb Bailey" in Canada. TargetedIndividuals.com.
(The website claims "One System To Rule Them All". The home page
design probably demoralizes the TI instead of helping
the TI.)
Alleged
Psywar/Black Ops/COINTELPRO Websites cointelprotoday.org.
Bob Levin on 3/14/11 posted a legal
notice to "Robert G. Starrett aka Bob S." It was a "Notice
to Cease and Desist from your use of the name CointelproToday or its variants".
Bob S. is known for sending many long emails and email replies
complaining about FFCHS's current TI activism strategy.

to covertly influence or control way too much of American society and parts of the

economics" (a quick description of FBI SID secret police funding and

The Achilles
heel of the alleged FBI SID Ballston
metro building
allegedly mostly the 5th floor and room 614 of the Ballston Metro
Building at 901 N. Stuart Street with its evil illegal
anti-brain zapping mind control workers there is not zoning, it
is the illegal
methamphetamine speed drugs that many FBI SID national office workers are addicted
to and
that they use to give them the mental strength and speed to constantly audibly
and/or subliminally razz and harass and/or attempt to mind control their
victims. Ed has already
complained to the Arlington Police, the Virginia police, and the DEA, but they
need to hear more complaints from
other concerned citizens. FBI SID drug dealers, some of them allegedly
FBI SID bosses, allegedly routinely sell illegal
drugs, including methamphetamine speed, sometimes prozac, and allegedly even
sometimes cocaine, to their workers. These drugs are allegedly usually
bought and sold at work in the FBI SID building. There is an alleged FBI SID
methamphetamine speed lab in North College Park that allegedly produces the
methamphetamine speed, and might have been producing it since at least 1986 when its existence
was first tipped off to Ed in 1986 many years before Ed understood the significance of
the tipoff.

tries to at least intermittently beam presidential candidates with covert
mind reading and mind control technology. Beams from anti-brain beam
weapons are invisible, but you might get the idea from this photo. The
ability to mind-read a presidential candidate's mind might provide enough
blackmail material to deter most presidential candidates or maybe even
presidents from single-handedly taking on FBI SID abuses of power.

be used to zap and disable an opponent. For example, a U.S. political
opponent, the leader of any enemy country or movement that U.S. black ops can
get a close beam shot at (for example, Sadr in Iraq), any influential opponent,
and/or a media, business, academic, intellectual, scientific, and/or religious opponent could be
zapped disabled. Disabling zaps that only disable and delay an opponent are probably
one of the least harmful types of covert electronic warfare zapping that is
done.

Note: Ed also had at least one FBI SID
invaded and manipulated dream with a flying carpet and other FBI SID
electronically invaded and manipulated dreams
associated with flying. These dreams were not mentioned at Ed's website.
Note: Ed dismissed FBI SID invaded and
manipulated dreams for years with a it's "just a dream" perspective, even
while occasionally logging FBI SID invaded and manipulated dreams. But the human brain is
very weak and extremely suggestible while asleep, so the FBI SID chooses to try
to gain information and/or gradually brainwash their target or victim while the
TI is asleep. In many cases, screwed up FBI SID dream invasion and
manipulation scripts and/or dream invasion and manipulation software is designed
to psychologically prepare TIs for being harassed and/or
disrupted/manipulated/disabled
electronically and/or in person. Sometimes FBI SID electronically zapped
nightmares are combined with fear zaps to try to scare, demoralize or freak out
